Hidcote Lavender is the variety we use for our Culinary Lavender.  It has a sweet, herby taste that is a nice compliment to many foods and beverages. This Lavender can be added to shortbread cookies, breads and included in marindades of savory meat dishes. This Culinary Lavender is especially nice in tea, hot or cold,  lemonade and many adult beverages as well.
